Survival day
A hands-on first step into the woods. Home for dinner.
- Tarp and natural shelters
- Fire with a ferro rod
- Finding and purifying water
Wilderness survival and bushcraft courses, taught in the field. Build a shelter, find water, make fire without matches and sleep out with what the forest gives you.
Survival has an order. You can last about three minutes without air, three hours without shelter in harsh weather, three days without water and three weeks without food. So that is the order we teach.
Breathe, stop, look around. Panic wastes the air, heat and energy you need most.
Get out of wind, rain and cold. Learn the lean-to, the debris hut and the tarp ridge.
Find it, collect it and make it safe by boiling, filtering or using tablets.
Fire from a ferro rod, bow drill or flint. Then safe foraging and cooking on the coals.
All courses run outdoors in all seasons, with tools and group kit provided. Prices are per person and can be edited.

“Animals don't carry much. They know the ground, the weather and their own limits. That's what we teach: less gear, more understanding.”
